MathKeisan is a collection of mathematical libraries for NEC high performance computers. The libraries provide robust and highly-tuned routines that are frequently used in scientific and engineering applications. Linking an application to MathKeisan can greatly improve the performance of the application.
There are versions of MathKeisan for the NEC SX vector machines and Itanium® Processor Family (IPF) servers running Linux. More information on these machines is at the NEC and NEC Europe HPC sites.
MathKeisan includes the dense linear algebra libraries BLAS, CBLAS, LAPACK, and ScaLAPACK, the sparse linear algebra libraries ARPACK, METIS, Solver, and an FFT library. For more information, see the MathKeisan User's Guide.
